🎟️ Ticket Validity

• This is a dated ticket valid only for the date printed on it.

• The ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

🔁 Ticket Changes & Cancellations

• No cancellations are allowed after purchase.

• You may reschedule your visit (subject to availability) by contacting Yas Concierge at +971 600 511115 before 7 PM on the day before your visit.

• A change fee of AED 50 per ticket applies. No changes will be accepted after this deadline.

• All payments for changes must be processed through Yas Concierge.

🚫 Invalid or Altered Tickets

• Tickets are void if altered, damaged, or purchased from unauthorized sources.

• Only third parties authorized in writing may resell or transfer this ticket.

👶 Age & Entry Requirements

• Guests 11 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid ticket.

• Children aged 2 and under enter free and do not require a ticket.
