VISA REQUIREMENTS:

• Application form
• All documents must be in English, translated to English, or in an official Swiss language..
• One recent passport photograph (not older than 6 months), size must be 3.5 x 4.5 cm with a light background. A photo glued on the application form. Head covers are not permitted except for religious reasons.

Notes:

• Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay.
• It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
• There will be a supplement charge of AED 195.00 per person per transfer for arrivals and departures between 11pm and 6am.
• Surcharges apply for any trade fair/special event in the city.
• We will need full payment of the tour 30-days prior to departure date. 
• Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability.
   

*Refunds will be based on how many days before your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non-refundable + Full cancellation for non-refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost. .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
