What we book: city hotels, resorts and apartments
We do not own or run hotels. We book them for you, the way you would on a booking site, but with a person who checks the details. Most requests are for city hotels in Europe, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey, beach resorts in the Maldives, Thailand and Mauritius, and serviced apartments for families who want a kitchen and more space.

3, 4 and 5 star options and how we shortlist
Star ratings differ by country, so a 4 star in Tbilisi is not the same as a 4 star in Paris. We shortlist on what matters for your trip: the area, walking distance to what you plan to see, recent guest reviews, room size for your family, breakfast, and the cancellation terms. You get three or four options at different prices, each with the total including taxes, so you can choose.

Hotel bookings for visa applications
Schengen, UK and other embassies usually ask for a hotel booking for every night of the trip. We can make a booking that suits the visa file and confirm the final hotel once the visa is approved. For the application itself, see our Schengen visa help.

Hotel booking offers: how to tell a real one
Checklist
- The price includes all taxes and city fees, not just the room rate
- The rate type is named: refundable or non-refundable
- The free cancellation deadline is written as a date
- Breakfast and other inclusions are listed
- The room type and bed type are named, not just 'standard room'
An offer that leaves these out is hard to compare. Hotel prices are often lower inside a package with flights, which is why we quote holiday packages from Abu Dhabi and flight tickets from Abu Dhabi with the hotel when that helps. For beach stays, see our Maldives packages.

Group and family rooms
Families of five often do not fit in one standard room. We look for family rooms, connecting rooms or apartments, and check the hotel's rules on children's ages and extra beds.

Hotels in the UAE for visiting relatives
When relatives come on a UAE visit visa, we can book a hotel or apartment near your home in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, and add tours. Some visa applications ask for a hotel booking or a host's address; we advise on which applies.

Airport transfers and chauffeurs: see our chauffeur page

Changes, cancellations and payment
Refundable rates can be cancelled free until a set date; non-refundable rates cost less but cannot be changed. Your quote names the rate type and deadline before you pay. Add travel insurance for trips booked well ahead.

Can you book hotels outside the UAE?
Yes. We book city hotels, beach resorts and serviced apartments worldwide, most often in Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Europe, Thailand and the Maldives.
Can you provide a hotel booking for a visa application?
Yes. Schengen, UK and other embassies usually want a hotel booking for every night of the trip. We can make a booking that suits the visa file and confirm the final hotel once the visa is approved. .
Are your hotel booking offers cheaper than booking sites?
Sometimes, especially when the hotel is part of a package with flights or for group rooms. On a single room, prices are often similar.
Can I cancel a hotel you booked?
It depends on the rate. Refundable rates can be cancelled free until a set date; non-refundable rates are cheaper but cannot be changed. Your quote names the rate type and the deadline before you pay. Our own service fees are covered in the refund policy.
Can you book hotels in Abu Dhabi or Dubai for visiting relatives?
Yes. When relatives come on a UAE visit visa, we can book a nearby hotel or apartment for them, and add tours or airport transfers. Some visa applications ask for a hotel booking or a host's address, and we can advise on which applies.
Do you book Umrah hotels in Makkah and Madinah?
Umrah hotel bookings will be offered alongside our Umrah packages once that service is confirmed by the company. .
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. Airport transfers are one of our services: a car to or from Abu Dhabi, Dubai or Sharjah airport, and private or shared transfers at your destination when you book a package or hotel with us.
