Who uses our visa desk
Most people who walk into our office fall into two groups. The first are UAE residents bringing a parent, spouse, sibling or friend over on a visit visa. The second are residents travelling abroad who need a Schengen, UK, US, Canada or Saudi visa and would rather have someone prepare the file than read the rules themselves.
Our role is simple and we say it plainly: we prepare your application, check every document, submit it or book your visa centre appointment, and follow it until there is a decision. The decision is made by UAE immigration or by the embassy of the country you are visiting. No agency can promise an approval, and we never do.
We have run this desk at Happy Journey travel agency in Abu Dhabi since May 2020, and our Google profile holds a 4.6 rating from about 280 reviews (checked 3 November 2026).

Every quote has two parts, and we show both before you pay. The government or embassy fee is set by them and we pass it on as it is. Our service fee pays for the checks, the forms and the follow-up.

Visa centre charges, courier costs and insurance, where they apply, appear as their own lines. Many embassies ask for cover, and we can add travel insurance for your visa to the same quote.

Why visas get refused and how we cut the risk
- A missing or unclear document, such as a blurred passport scan or a photo that breaks the rules
- Names or dates on the form that do not match the passport exactly
- A residence visa that expires during the trip or too soon after it
- A bank statement that does not show enough funds or regular income
- A travel plan that does not add up, such as hotel dates that do not match the flights
- An earlier refusal or overstay that was not declared
We check each of these before anything is submitted. That does not change who decides, but it removes the avoidable reasons for a refusal or a delay.

Can a travel agency in Abu Dhabi apply for my visa?
Yes. Happy Journey prepares your application, checks every document and submits it or books your visa centre appointment for you. The decision itself always sits with the UAE immigration authority or the embassy of the country you are visiting, so no agency can promise an approval, and we never do.
Which visas does Happy Journey help with?

Do I need an appointment at Mushrif Mall?
No appointment is needed. You can walk into our office on the 3rd floor of Mushrif Mall, next to du, Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm and on Sunday from 2pm to 9pm. Bring your passport, Emirates ID and visa copy so we can check your case on the spot.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring your passport, Emirates ID, UAE residence visa page, a recent bank statement and your travel dates. For a visitor you are sponsoring, bring their passport copy and photo.
How much do your visa services cost?
The government or embassy fee is separate and set by them, and we show both on your quote before you pay. Visa centre charges, insurance and courier costs, where they apply, are listed separately too.
Do you help with visas from Dubai as well?
Yes. Our second branch, Happy Journey Elite, is at Shop 1041, BurJuman, Bur Dubai, and offers the same visa help for Dubai residents.
Can I apply at your Dubai branch instead of Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Most clients send documents on WhatsApp first, so the visit itself is short.
